RETURN & EXCHANGE
At NALAJA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, our Return & Exchange Policy is here to help make the process as smooth as possible.
1. Return Policy
- Eligibility: You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Intimate apparel
- Return Process:
- Initiate a Return: Contact us at SUPPORT@NALAJA.US with your order number and reason for the return.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Ship the Item(s): Please ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item received).
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
2. Exchange Policy
- Eligibility: Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color. If you wish to exchange for a different product, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.
- Exchange Process:
- Initiate an Exchange: Contact us at SUPPORT@NALAJA.US with your order number and details of the item you'd like to exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will guide you through the exchange process and confirm the availability of the desired item.
- Ship the Item(s): Return the original item(s) using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.
- Processing: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will ship the exchange item(s) to you at no additional shipping cost. Please allow 7 business days for processing.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at SUPPORT@NALAJA.US with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible, and we will cover all associated shipping costs.
