- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 7 business days after payment is received. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped, including tracking information.

- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 to 2 business days.
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control, such as customs delays.
3. Shipping Rates
- Domestic Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on location and shipping method.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your shipment is delayed or lost, please contact us at SUPPORT@NALAJA.COM. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that shipping delays due to customs or carrier issues are beyond our control.
6. Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to change the address.
7. Incorrect or Damaged Items
